According to the World Health Organization, 422 million people have diabetes worldwide resulting in 1.6 million deaths annually. Diabetes can be controlled, and today’s inventors are working to use technology to lessen the burden of the disease.

Adham Kassab, international business leader at mySugr, said in a statement that when speaking to people with diabetes, it becomes clear that they genuinely want to carry the fewest therapeutic devices feasible and that those devices should be as unobtrusive as possible.

They want to utilise a gadget that is typically close at hand by controlling and monitoring insulin pumps via smartphone. Therefore, people with diabetes can use the mySugr Pump Control to simplify and increase their discretion when using an insulin pump in daily life.
