Imagine a world where you can walk into a mall or railway station, step inside a sleek medical booth, and walk out with a full-body health report in minutes.
No queues, no hospitals, and definitely no sky-high bills.
That’s not a scene from the future; it’s the reality that Clinics On Cloud (COC) is creating.
From a humble idea born in a backyard to India’s first bootstrap healthtech startup to reach ₹100 crore in revenue, COC is transforming lives across 6 countries.
They have 3 flagship products, namely Health Kiosk, Portable Box Clinic and Health Lounge. Read on to know everything we know about them.
Clinics On Clouds Health Kiosk
COC’s Health Kiosk is a compact medical station that works like a mini-clinic. It’s built with FDA/CE-certified devices and can check 60+ health parameters, including ECG, diabetes, anaemia, cardiac issues, and general wellness.
What it offers:
- Integrated video consultations with certified doctors
- AI-based health risk analysis
- Automatic Electronic Medical Record (EMR) creation
- Zero human contact, making it perfect for pandemic or remote settings
Users receive colour-coded Smart Reports on SMS, WhatsApp, or email, making it easy to understand their health in minutes.
It is built for offline use, offering 3–4 days of battery life, and it works even in low-power or no-internet areas. All records are stored digitally and securely, with integration between ABDM and eSanjeevani for easy follow-ups.
Clinics On Cloud Box Clinic
The Portable Box Clinic by Clinics on Cloud is a smart, suitcase-sized health setup designed for areas with limited access to medical facilities. It fits essential diagnostic tools and tech into a compact briefcase. This makes it easy to carry, deploy, and use in schools, rural camps, mobile health vans, and emergencies.
Unlike bulky setups, this Box Clinic doesn’t need a full room or heavy installation. It’s ideal for frontline health workers, community volunteers, and NGO teams who need to offer basic check-ups on the go.
Like COC kiosks, this also has a battery life of up to 3–4 days and can function in remote locations with little to no power or internet.
Clinics On Cloud Health Lounge
Unlike the other two portable solutions, the Health Lounge offers a premium, comfortable experience. It is perfect for urban setups like airports, malls, and corporate parks. It’s a smart wellness zone where people can walk in, relax, and walk out with a full body report in minutes.
Health Lounge typically includes:
- A cosy waiting space with refreshments, Wi-Fi, and phone charging stations
- Integrated Health ATM for instant screenings
- Teleconsultation booth for doctor access
- On-the-spot smart report via SMS, WhatsApp, or email
- Option to create personal EMRs and health tracking history
The aim is to change the way people perceive preventive checkups. Instead of being inconvenient or intimidating, healthcare becomes as easy as a coffee break.

From bootstrapped to breakthrough: Clinics On Cloud’s growth story
Clinics On Cloud was founded by Abhay Agarwal and Manashrri Agarwal in 2017. And it proudly remains bootstrapped, growing from ₹5 Cr revenue in FY 2020-21 to ₹21 Cr in FY 2023-24. The Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) is expected to reach ₹110 Cr in FY 2025-26.
With 80% market share in India’s Health ATM segment, the company has already screened over 8 million patients and detected more than 1.5 lakh abnormalities, many of which were caught early, preventing life-threatening complications.
They’ve also invested in AI innovation through a USD 0.5 million funding in Inolabs.ai, proving that they’re not just riding the wave; they’re helping build it.

Why this matters
In 2021, over 4.5 billion people (more than half of the global population) were unable to access basic healthcare services. Alongside this, around 2 billion individuals faced financial strain due to medical expenses.
These numbers paint a troubling picture, one that calls for urgent innovation and scalable solutions. That’s where startups like Clinics On Cloud step in, not just as providers of healthcare services, but as changemakers redefining what accessibility means.
Through their Health Kiosk, Portable Box Clinic, and Health Lounge, Clinics On Cloud is showing that quality healthcare doesn’t need to be costly or out of reach; it can be smart, accessible, and right where people need it.
